Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $200.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays & Lost Packages
Ruby Wred is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.


Returns

We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, or any marks

Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Store credit will be sent via email once your return has been received and inspected.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Accessories (including hats)
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at rubywredesthetics@gmail.com.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
